DeltaMath Credentials
- DeltaMath username and password (encrypted and stored securely)
- These credentials are used exclusively for accessing DeltaMath on your behalf
- Stored until you manually delete them using the delete button in your account
- Only accessible by our backend systems for the purpose of completing DeltaMath problems
Assignment and Usage Data
- Records of problems completed by AIde (not problems you complete yourself)
- Assignment completion data when AIde processes your work
- We do NOT collect or store scores you achieve on problems you complete manually
- We only store data for problems that AIde completes on your behalf
Payment Information
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe
- We receive limited analytical data from Stripe including:
- Last 4 digits of payment methods
- General transaction information
- Subscription status and billing data
- We do NOT store sensitive payment information like full credit card numbers or CVV codes
- All payment data is stored in secure databases accessible only to our backend systems
