AIde provides automated completion services for DeltaMath assignments. Our service uses artificial intelligence to solve mathematical problems and submit answers on behalf of users.2. User Accounts and Eligibility
Age Requirements
- Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use AIde
- Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using our service
- Minors aged 13-17 may use AIde but should have parental guidance regarding their use
Age Enforcement
- Report suspected underage users by contacting our support team immediately
- If we determine a user is under 13 years of age, their account will be permanently removed
- We rely on user reports and our own monitoring to enforce age restrictions
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Account Sharing Prohibition
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited
- Each account is limited to one person only
- Sharing login credentials, allowing others to use your account, or any form of account sharing will result in immediate account termination
- We reserve the right to terminate any account we determine violates this policy
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use AIde for:- Using our service if you are under 13 years of age
- Reverse engineering our software or attempting to access our source code
- Hacking, attacking, or attempting to compromise our systems
- Any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws
- Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
4. Service Disclaimers
No Accuracy Guarantees
- AIde makes no guarantees regarding accuracy of problem solutions
- AIde makes no guarantees regarding DeltaMath problem compatibility
- Mathematical solutions may be incorrect or incomplete
- You use AIde’s results at your own risk
No Uptime Guarantees
- We strive to maintain reliable service but make no guarantees about uptime or availability
- AIde may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors
- We are not liable for any consequences resulting from service interruptions
5. Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
- AIde operates on a subscription basis with different plan tiers
- Payment is processed through Stripe and subject to their terms
- Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan
Refunds
- Refunds may be available for unused portions of your subscription term
- Refund requests must be submitted by emailing our support team
- Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and only for remaining, unused service time
- No refunds are provided for services already consumed
Chargebacks
- Users who initiate chargebacks may have their accounts terminated
- Account termination for chargebacks is at our sole discretion
- Factors considered include timing of chargeback and subscription plan level
- Chargeback disputes will be handled according to our policies and applicable payment processor rules
6. Third-Party Platform Authorization
DeltaMath and Platform Access
By using AIde, you acknowledge and agree that:- Using AIde may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms like DeltaMath
- You understand these risks and choose to proceed despite them
- You authorize AIde to act as your agent to access these platforms on your behalf
- You agree to hold AIde harmless from any consequences arising from such violations
- You are solely responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts
Platform Risk Acceptance
- Third-party platforms may suspend, ban, or take other actions against your accounts
- AIde is not responsible for platform-specific consequences or account restrictions
- You use AIde with full knowledge of potential third-party platform violations
7. Limitation of Liability
User Responsibility
- You accept full responsibility for your use of AIde
- We accept no liability for consequences arising from your use of our service
- This includes but is not limited to academic consequences, disciplinary actions, educational repercussions, or third-party platform violations
Service Limitations
- AIde is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
8. Account Termination
Our Right to Terminate
- We may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion
- Termination may occur for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Prohibited account sharing
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Chargeback initiation
Warning Policy
- For minor violations, we may issue warnings at our discretion
- We are not required to provide warnings before termination
- Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without warning
9. Data and Privacy
Account Deletion
- Account deletion functionality is being developed and will be available soon
- Upon account deletion confirmation, we will delete personally identifiable information
- Purchase records may be retained for security and financial purposes
- Account data including DeltaMath login credentials, profile images, and names will be deleted
Plan Cancellation
- Plan cancellations are handled through Stripe
- Data related to cancelled plans remains subject to Stripe’s data retention policies
- Account access and data are handled separately from payment plan status
10. Changes to Terms
Modification Rights
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time
- Most changes will be announced with one week advance notice
- Under certain conditions, changes may be implemented without advance notice
- Continued use of AIde after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms

- Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date
- Users are responsible for reviewing terms periodically
